Here are a bunch of hotels with rooms around $100-150 that have A/C with some comments made by other people who stayed at them. I'm only personally familiar with the first one, the Mansart, where we've stayed for 15 years. The others have been recommended by other people and the comments are by them. As you will see, different people have different takes on the same hotel. Some are right bank, some left. In general, the left bank is busier, the right bank quieter. We always stay at the same place on the right bank and like it. Others prefer the business of the left bank.They're all in the central area and very convenient for walking to many places.
